W przypadku podpisania Umowy lub akceptacji Regulaminu świadczonych przez Administratora Usług: w celu Świadczenia Usług, o których mowa w Regulaminie lub Umowie, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO – przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do wykonania umowy, której stroną jest osoba, której dane dotyczą, lub do podjęcia działań na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą, przed zawarciem umowy.
b. W przypadku skorzystania z usług w celu wystawienia i przechowywania faktury (w tym przesłania jej do KSeF) i innych dokumentów księgowych na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO: przetwarzanie jest niezbędne do wykonania obowiązku nałożonego przez prawo podatkowe na Administratora w art. 106b i 106e ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 o podatku od towarów i usług.
c. W przypadku zakończenia świadczenia usług/łączącej nas umowy w celu ustalenia, obrony i dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, które mogą powstać w związku z zawarciem i wykonywaniem umowy, na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO: przetwarzanie jest niezbędne dla celów wynikających z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora.
d. W przypadku udzielenia dobrowolnych zgód dotyczących realizowania marketingu bezpośredniego: w celu przesyłania za pomocą środków komunikacji elektronicznej (poczta elektroniczna, wiadomości SMS) przy wykorzystaniu telekomunikacyjnych urządzeń końcowych (np. telefon, tablet, komputer) i automatycznych systemów wywołujących treści marketingowe, w tym informacji handlowych.
